Our client is looking for their next After Sales and Service Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the diagnosing, troubleshooting and repair advice of Outdoor Power Equipment - both gas and battery powered.

Responsibilities:

Experience working with:
- Gas-powered Outdoor Power Equipment
- Battery-powered Outdoor Power Equipment
Troubleshooting, Repairing and Diagnosing OPE... often over the phone
Optimizing processes and working with Customer Service Team to troubleshoot equipment as accelerated support
Inventory of Repair Parts and Accessories... ordering and fulfillment
Communicating with manufacturing to address product issues and defects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred... qualifying experience accepted as well
3+ years in After Sales Support or Technical Sales in OPE
Ability to attend trade shows and other business functions as required.
