We are recruiting for a permanent full time Bookkeeper/Office Manager for our client, a local design and architecture firm located in Downtown Bozeman. This position is perfect for someone who takes ownership of their role, is very organized, enjoys problem solving and likes to support others. The Bookkeeper/Office Manager will be responsible for the office operating efficiently and professionally while completing bookkeeping and accounting duties. Responsibilities include AR/AP, payroll, benefit management, bookkeeping, collections, monthly reconciliation, expense tracking, data entry, vendor coordination, executive support, reception, and stocking office supplies and maintaining the appearance and function of the office.
Schedule:Monday-Friday 8am-5pm; Office downtown Bozeman (must be In Person)

Minimum Qualifications:
Strong understanding of financial concepts, bookkeeping, and payroll
Office administration experience
Advanced computer skills
Experience using accounting/project management software
Must be willing to get Notary Public certified upon hire (at company’s expense)
Strong time-management and organizational skills
