Talentship, LLC is recruiting for multiple Mail Clerk/Warehouse clerk positions to support a secured Federal Government program in Springfield, VA.  If you are looking for a job where you can support a critical program, if you have a current TS clearance and live within a commutable distance to Springfield, VA, we want to talk to you!  The positions are full time on site in Springfield, working hours are 6:30 am to 3:00 pm daily with a half hour lunch.

Here are some of the additional positives about this job and the company managing the contract:

·         There are a number of opportunities to move into other roles on this program, and if you perform work that is at a higher pay rate at any time, you are paid at that higher hourly rate.  This includes driving and forklift operation.

·         The program customer is great to work with. If the team finishes up work for the day, everyone gets to leave early, but still gets paid for the full shift.

·         Early shift lets you beat DC area traffic.

·         If you are interested in moving to a lead position, this is a great company to join, because they recognize hard work and talent.

·         The company has multiple contracts, and is great about moving people to different contracts as needs arise and contracts change, so you’re not joining a company with only one program.
