Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to evaluate their physical condition and develop effective treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercises, and modalities, to restore strength, coordination, and alignment.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care and share insights on patient progress.
• Educate patients and their families on exercise regimens and therapeutic techniques for continued care at home.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of all treatment sessions and patient interactions.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of quality improvement initiatives.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in physical therapy through ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

• Home Health experience preferred
• Valid California Physical Therapist license required
• Current CPR certification required 
• Current California driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
• Located in Southern California
