COMMERCIAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE – TITLE INSURANCE

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Our client, a leading financial services company and one of the nation’s premier providers of title insurance and real estate transaction services, is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to join their Philadelphia team. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven sales professional to grow market share and build meaningful client relationships in the commercial real estate sector.

 

 

Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma is required
  • 2–5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the title insurance or real estate industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience with sales database systems (Salesforce or similar) and social media as tools to manage and expand client relationships
Qualifications:
    • High energy, persistence, and accountability for results
    • PROFESSIONAL IN ALL ASPECTS (APPEARANCE, DEMEANOR, PRESENTATION, ETC.)
    • Background in title insurance, real estate, or similar fields is strongly preferred
    • Solid understanding of the sales cycle and a drive for achieving revenue targets
    • Strong ability to adapt strategy to changing market conditions
    • Strong relationship-building and communication skills with clients at all levels, in-person and virtually
    • Valid driver’s license required for territory travel
 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a commercial client base by identifying and securing new business while strengthening relationships with existing customers
  • Research industry data to compile targeted lead lists and execute structured outreach plans
  • Engage with real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and attorneys through calls, in-person meetings, and virtual presentations
  • Customize and deliver compelling presentations tailored to client needs and objectives
  • Maintain strong visibility in the Philadelphia commercial real estate market by attending networking events and industry functions
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams to design impactful campaigns and grow brand awareness

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Compensation:

    • Monthly commissions

    • Annual base salary of $70,000-$80,000, as determined by experience and market factors
