We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Director to lead global sales initiatives and cultivate strategic relationships for our Test Wafer Services business. In this high-impact role, you will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and play a critical part in scaling a segment of our company’s Fab services business.
You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing and expanding key global accounts, and delivering tailored wafer-level test solutions to customers across the semiconductor and other diverse industries. The ideal candidate combines deep technical semiconductor acumen with commercial insight and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where innovation and customer success are top priorities.
As a trusted customer advisor and internal advocate, you will work cross-functionally with product development, engineering, and operations teams to align our solutions with customer needs and drive long-term value.
