Sales Director, Test Wafer Services

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Director to lead global sales initiatives and cultivate strategic relationships for our Test Wafer Services business. In this high-impact role, you will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and play a critical part in scaling a segment of our company’s Fab services business.

You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing and expanding key global accounts, and delivering tailored wafer-level test solutions to customers across the semiconductor and other diverse industries. The ideal candidate combines deep technical semiconductor acumen with commercial insight and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where innovation and customer success are top priorities.

As a trusted customer advisor and internal advocate, you will work cross-functionally with product development, engineering, and operations teams to align our solutions with customer needs and drive long-term value. In this role, you will focus on the following: 

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue for Test Wafer Services globally
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across strategic verticals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact
  • Understand customer requirements and work with internal engineering and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotes, and presentations
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine positioning and strategy
  • Represent client at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM (Oracle NetSuite) and provide weekly sales forecasts and reports
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Business, or related field (advanced degree a plus)
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the semiconductor, photonics, or test services industries
  • Strong technical background or familiarity with wafer-level testing, packaging, or optical technologies
  • Proven track record of managing key accounts and meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required
