End User Support Specialist

W2 Contract (USC/GC)

Under the direction of the Global Manager, Network Operations, and in consultation with the Regional Manager, Network Infrastructure, the SNS Operations Analyst will be involved with day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, monitoring and implementation of network infrastructure within the Company's global  environment. The primary focus of this role will be to provide network support to the Company's branches.  This role is customer-focused in support of the SDWAN infrastructure (Palo Alto ION), UPS, Wireless (Cisco), and user connectivity.

Skills:

• SDWAN Administration; Wireless (Cisco); UPS Maintenance; Global Protect; Palo Alto NGFW
• Outstanding customer service experience required.
• Excellent communication skills.

Education:

• BS Degree or equivalent

Skills and Experience:

• The ideal candidate will have 3+ years networking background with general administration, troubleshooting and design skills.
• Company is looking for someone who is willing to expand their skillset and can take ownership of tasks assigned.
