Position Responsibilities:

• Advise public companies on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and reporting obligations
• Manage SEC and stock exchange disclosure and compliance requirements
• Oversee and maintain client relationships, managing workflow and transactional needs
• Represent companies in capital markets transactions, including equity and debt offerings
