Advanced CNC Machinist – Tooling & Pattern Fabrication

• 5+ years of expertise in 5-axis CNC machining, plus 5+ years of experience with off-line toolpathing or foundry pattern fabrication is required
• Demonstrate strong ability to read blueprints, understand machine setup, and execute material fixturing to exact specifications is also a requirement
• Pay is up to $91,500 annually
• Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder
• This position is onsite and not remote

The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate should include the following:

• Generate toolpaths for 3 and/or 5-axis CNC machines using 3D CAD models and CAM software (PowerMill, MasterCAM, etc.), including offline toolpathing expertise.
• Set up CNC machining centers with appropriate tools, fixtures, and offsets.
• Fabricate tooling components using CNC equipment, lathes, drill presses, and saws, efficiently moving materials with hoists and forklifts.
• Provide suggested preventative measures to ensure robust machine capability, particularly seeking experience with 5-axis CNC machining.

The background of the successful candidate must include the following:

• 5+ years of expertise in 5-axis CNC machining & 5+ years of off-line toolpathing, or foundry pattern fabrication to a role where you'll shape precision components
• Demonstrate strong ability to read blueprints, understand machine setup, and execute material fixturing to exact specifications
• A solid work history
• A US citizen or possess a green card
