Job Description
- Manage litigation files from case intake through trial or settlement
- Review, organize, and summarize medical and legal documents
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and outside parties
- Prepare legal filings, discovery responses, and hearing materials
- Assist with trial preparation and deadlines tracking
- Maintain attorney calendars and court schedules
- Perform both administrative and legal support functions
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of litigation case management experience in a law firm
- Strong communication, organization, and case management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
- Experience with medical injury or product liability cases is a plus
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
