Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our dynamic and collaborative team. This role focuses on driving sales growth by developing new and managing existing relationships. Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage business relationships with customers
• Drive new business within the assigned territory
• Create an annual business plan for your territory
• Conduct product demonstrations
• Maintain sales forecasts for your territory
• Manage CRM data and workflows

Requirements:

• Self-starter
• Consultative selling approach
• Experience in business development and account management
• Experience in selling capital equipment solutions
• Strategic thinking and regional business planning skills
• Proficiency in using CRM platforms
• Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
• Located within the Upper Midwest (IL, WI, IA, MN, ND, SD, NE)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge in architectural sheet metal, roofing, and metal building manufacturing
• Familiarity with CNC machinery
• Over 5 years of sales experience
