Applicance Repair Tech/Maintenance tech for residential and commercial buildings. The individual will cover Detroit 95% of the time but will go as far north as Flint, west to Ann Arbor, south to River Rouge and Grosse Pointe to the east. 
 
Key responsibilities will be wiring washers, dryers and plumbing. Candidate should have electrical skills. Essential MUST BE repair of appliances: Ovens, microwaves, fridges (residential and commercial). 50% of this job will be APPLICANCE REPAIR
 
Typical Day: The individual will meet at the office , pick up the work van and drive to sites for maintenance. They will write what has been done at each site, drop off the van at the end of the day and go home. There are a few locations the owner can leave the van at so it will depend on where the person lives (whatever location is closest to them).
 
Hours are 7am-3pm M-F
 
No benefits but $31.25/hour ($65k/year) with paid OT.
