A global, well-known, brand-name manufacturing company based in Ohio, is searching for a Sr. Oracle Cloud HCM Analyst with proven expertise in Core HR. This is a full-time, direct hire job allowing for a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office / 2 days remote).

IDEAL PROFILE:

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise-wide software applications and support with in-depth knowledge of software development methodologies
  • 5 years of functional experience with Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) apps, focused on Core HR. Additional module experience (i.e., Workforce Compensation, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Oracle Performance, Oracle Learning) preferred but not required. 
  • Certifications in ITIL and/or Oracle is preferred
  • Expertise in developing solutions to leverage Oracle HCM Cloud applications functionality
  • Experience with software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprise-wide systems, configuring and setting up various enterprise-wide applications
  • Proficiency in applying security designs and principles to technology-based business solutions
  • Knowledge of database management and maintenance, as well as, data management best practices and quality control processes
  • Ability to develop custom queries using query and reporting tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors
     
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or in lieu of a degree, at least 7 years of experience
LOCATION: Local to northern, OH or willing to relocate from within the USA upon hire and work a hybrid arrangement
WORK AUTHORIZATION: US Citizen / US Permanent Reside preferred.
