IMPACT: This is a unique opportunity to participate in a strategic greenfield Oracle Fusion implementation for a large and successful company, shaping its technological foundation for the future. This role is pivotal in collaborating with business and IT leadership to leverage Oracle solutions for operational success.

 

ROLE YOU WILL PLAY: The Oracle Business Analyst will support ERP, CRM, and other enterprise applications, ensuring excellence in incident management, release management, projects, training, and adoption.

 

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

  • Work closely with team members to understand business needs and deliver tech-driven solutions to streamline operations.
  • Partner with Finance, Sales, IT, and external teams to support key ERP modules, including Sales Commission, Supply Chain, Project Management/Accounting, Financials, and Budgeting.
  • Develop and maintain detailed business process maps.
  • Design, implement, test, and maintain system configurations, integrations, and technical solutions.
  • Assist IT Technical Leads with integrations, including APIs and EIBs.
  • Analyze technical dependencies and provide cross-functional support.
  • Manage data governance and stewardship processes.
  • Lead efforts to optimize business processes and enhance enterprise application performance.

 

LOCATION

  • The ideal hire will currently be located in the Tampa, FL area.
  • A remote work arrangement will be considered for an exceptional candidate located in the eastern or central time zone to support EST business hours. Some travel to locations in VA and Tampa (for a non-local  hire) will be required.

 

BACKGROUND PROFILE

  • 5-10 years of work experience related to Oracle EBS & Fusion, including a mix of Oracle core ERP modules, including Sales Commission, Supply Chain, Project Management / Accounting, Financials, and Budgeting.
  • Proven expertise in at least one full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementation.
  • Proficient in areas such as Applications Development, Business Process and Workflow Management, Enterprise Architecture, Project Management, Quality Assurance, Infrastructure, and Systems Support.
  • Adept in defining business requirements.
  • Strong analytical and business analysis skills.
  • Knowledge of data governance, stewardship, and business process optimization.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
  • Effective team collaborator.
  • Familiar with traditional project management methodologies.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical/business experience required.
  • Work Authorization: Eligible to work in the USA without any form of sponsorship, now and in the future.
