Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation, review, and finalization of complex client tax returns, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to high-value clients across various industries.
• Manage client engagements, including planning, budgeting, and execution, while building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Supervise, mentor, and guide tax managers and staff, fostering their professional growth and ensuring adherence to professional standards.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations, providing proactive advice to clients and firm leadership.
• Contribute to business development initiatives, identifying opportunities to expand the firm’s services and client base.

Qualifications

• CPA license required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive public accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in complex tax laws, compliance, and planning.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and drive business development.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary Range: $200,000 - $220,000 per year.
