Manager, Safety & EHS Training and Compliance Programs

• Lead the development and delivery of critical safety and EHS compliance training, bringing your 5+ years of experience managing safety programs and personnel
• A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Training, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is necessary
• Pay is $120,000
• Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder
• No remote as this is an 100% onsite position

The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate should include the following:

• Manage Safety, OSHA, Environmental, and Governmental Regulatory programs to ensure legal compliance and accuracy.
• Identify, develop, and implement training programs, policies, and procedures based on organizational needs.
• Oversee accident investigations and collaborate with HR on the Worker’s Compensation program.
• Lead the Safety Committee and Government Compliance Committee.
• Ensure compliance with EPA-required programs, including Risk Management, Emergency Planning, and Air Emissions.
• Stay updated on safety, training, and environmental regulations through ongoing education and training.

The background of the successful candidate must include the following:

• A Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ yrs of EHS management experience
• A solid work history
• A US citizen or possess a green card
• A residence within 45 minutes
