Beef Harvest Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Beef Production Supervisor to oversee operations on the fabrication floor. The ideal candidate will ensure employee safety, product quality, and efficient line performance while executing the production plan. This position involves leading a team of front-line employees through coaching, development, and performance management. The Supervisor will work closely with cross-functional teams to align operations with company goals and foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of employees by providing coaching, feedback, and career development opportunities.

  • Ensure a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular safety audits.

  • Promote a culture of performance and engagement through regular communication and recognition.

  • Develop workforce capabilities through training, mentoring, and effective employee relations.

  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve operational issues and maintain workflow.

  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime.

  • Track and apply performance metrics to daily operations for continuous improvement.

  • Uphold quality and product standards as set by facility guidelines.

  • Enforce all company policies and legal compliance requirements.

  • Effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Provide support during weekends or off-shift hours when necessary.

  • Demonstrate consistent and punctual attendance.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

  • Occasional travel may be required (less than 5%).

Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and team motivation skills with a focus on mentoring and results.

  • Effective coaching and team-building capabilities.

  • Proficient with basic Microsoft Office applications.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Experience & Education:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a beef production environment, specifically with knife table/fabrication.

  • Prior supervisory experience preferred.

  • Skin Line, Tribe Broom, Offal areas experience is a plus
