Bookkeeper – Job Description
Our company is a proto-type quick-turn printed circuit board manufacturing company located in Longmont, CO. . This position reports to the owner who is on sight 80% of the time. The bookkeeper is responsible for the accounting and office functions of the company. A minimum of five years experience with Quickbooks and Excel is required.
Responsibilities
· Payroll, employee time cards, filing for payroll taxes
· Accounts receivable & payable, daily invoicing, check deposits & credit cards deposits.
· Human resources, employee files
· Quarterly tax statements, 940 & 941 forms
· Sales Rep Commissions
· General ledger with Quickbooks, P/L and Balance sheet
· Customer support
· Office management and office supply ordering
· Some product packaging, use of UPS & FedEx
This a full-time position, with a competitive benefits package
Salary negotiable, but likely in the range of $45,000-75,000 depending on experience.
