The value of partnering with a recruiter:There are significant advantages to working directly with a recruiter rather than submitting your resume through job boards without direction. Qualified candidates benefit from a personalized approach—gaining access to someone who has a strong relationship with the company and hiring manager, offers guidance throughout the interview process, sets clear expectations, and provides timely updates so you’re never left guessing about your status.
