Position: Associate Manager – Logistics & Analytics

Are you passionate about data, logistics, and continuous improvement? We’re looking for an Associate Manager – Logistics & Analytics to join a  dynamic Supply Chain team! In this role, you’ll work closely with both leadership and vendor partners to drive performance, efficiency, and cost-saving initiatives. About 80% of your time will be project-based, focusing on high-impact work that supports long-term strategic goals.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain quarterly vendor performance scorecards

• Analyze data to support decision-making and drive efficiency and cost-saving initiatives

• Lead project planning and execution alongside the Director and Senior Manager

• Support sustainability efforts by calculating Scope 3 emissions and compiling reports

• Plan and coordinate agendas and logistics for Quarterly Business Reviews with key partners

• Assist with Walmart On-Time and In-Full (OTIF) initiatives as needed

• Build dynamic reports and dashboards using Excel (pivot tables, slicers, graphs, etc.)

• Create presentations and reporting materials for senior leadership and executives

• Collaborate on transportation carrier RFPs/RFQs and evaluate performance

• Support transportation and logistics projects through robust data analysis

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or equivalent experience

• 4+ years in supply chain or logistics roles

• Advanced Excel skills: XLOOKUPs, SUMIFs, pivot tables, slicers, graphs, and large data sets

• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities

• A knack for delivering polished, accurate work with minimal direction

• Self-motivation, independence, and a desire to follow through to completion

• The drive and potential to grow into a leadership role
