Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client's finance team as an Assistant Controller. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the Controller in overseeing the company's financial operations and ensuring compliance with accounting principles.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide analysis
• Perform reconciliations of accounts and ensure accuracy in financial records
• Assist in managing month-end and year-end close processes
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information
• Stay current with accounting regulations and ensure compliance with relevant standards
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance the efficiency of financial operations

Qualifications:

• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
