About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Client Service Advisor (CSA) to join our dynamic team. This role blends relationship management, financial planning, and client coordination to deliver a best-in-class wealth management experience. The CSA will be responsible for managing their own client book while also supporting up to four financial advisors with new business processing and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
1. Private Wealth Management
Provide financial planning services using approved investment and insurance products.
Prepare and lead client meetings with high attention to planning detail and personalization.
Utilize planning software such as Salesforce, Nitrogen, and Retirement Analyzer.
Maintain required licenses and act as a fiduciary for fee-based clients.
Meet or exceed personal quarterly and annual sales goals.
2. New Business Processing
Review and process new business applications (life, annuity, securities).
Ensure documentation is complete and submitted accurately and timely.
Enter and update data in CRM and internal tracking systems.
Communicate with vendors and broker/dealers to ensure all requirements are fulfilled.
Track new business daily and meet processing deadlines.
3. Client Coordination
Coordinate with assigned advisors to prepare for meetings and maintain client engagement.
Maintain appointment booking metrics (e.g., 80% of clients booked).
Return all client communication within 24 hours.
Enter accurate client notes and updates in CRM.
Assist with account servicing forms and administrative support as needed.
4. Professional Development
Maintain all required licenses and complete continuing education requirements.
Attend at least one industry conference annually.
Stay informed on industry trends and best practices.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
5+ years of financial industry experience preferred.
Active Series 65 or 7/66, and Life & Health license required.
CFP designation preferred.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software; Salesforce experience a plus.
Work Environment
This is an in-office position; remote work is not permitted.
May require up to 5% travel monthly.
Occasional evening or weekend hours to attend events or support client needs.
Must be able to sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. (occasionally up to 50 lbs.)
