Job Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Executive Leadership

  • Develops and implements a strategic plan ensuring alignment with the mission, vision, and values of the enterprise.

  • Makes informed decisions and takes calculated risks to enhance business performance across all operational areas.

  • Develops innovative strategies and original solutions to complex challenges within the organization.

  • Regularly reports financial and operational performance in a clear and transparent manner

Organizational Development & Culture

  • Builds and maintains an effective organizational structure to support coordination, autonomy, and flexibility across departments.

  • Oversees department leaders to ensure aligned execution of enterprise goals.

  • Fosters a culture of motivation, accountability, empowerment, and professional growth at all levels.

  • Promotes leadership development programs and personal growth

  • Emphasizes team-oriented customer service over bureaucracy or outdated practices.

  • Prioritizes communication with team members, leadership, and community stakeholders.

Management & Workforce Development

  • Models a collaborative and organized leadership style.

  • Promotes communication and teamwork across all departments and staff levels.

  • Mentors and develops senior leadership and staff to maximize potential and succession planning.

  • Recognizes and promotes top performers; discourages favoritism or nepotism.

  • Implements effective recruitment, training, evaluation, and retention programs.

Customer Experience & Marketing

  • Ensures a high-quality guest experience by understanding customer expectations and striving to exceed them.

  • Develops and implements data-driven marketing strategies and guest service initiatives.

  • Uses market research and competitive analysis to enhance services, products, and customer engagement.

  • Evaluates competitor trends and adjusts business strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Develops programs to increase customer retention, loyalty, and satisfaction.

  • Incorporates guest feedback into operational decisions and future planning.

  • Oversees targeted marketing campaigns that enhance visibility, drive revenue, and reflect cultural values.

Facility Growth & Development

  • Leads the planning and execution of facility improvements, expansions, or new developments, including oversight of architects, contractors, and project budgets.

  • Ensures timely, cost-effective completion of capital projects aligned with long-term growth goals.

  • Works collaboratively with internal and external partners to ensure projects meet quality, regulatory, and community standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in executive leadership roles with oversight of complex operations.

  • Demonstrated success in strategic planning, team development, financial oversight, and operational performance.

  • Strong understanding of business administration, finance, marketing, and organizational development.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to lead by example, inspire trust, and foster a mission-driven culture.
