Job Overview:

A high-volume manufacturing plant is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to support daily operations and ensure equipment uptime. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience repairing and maintaining industrial machinery, conveyors, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment, motors, pumps, conveyors, and pneumatic systems.

• Perform preventative maintenance and maintain machine reliability.

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime.

• Read and interpret schematics, manuals, and diagrams.

• Assist with equipment installations and improvement projects.

• Follow safety procedures and maintain accurate maintenance records.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience as a maintenance mechanic or industrial technician.

• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.

• Ability to read technical diagrams and troubleshoot issues independently.

• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
