Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Controls Engineer to support automation projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This individual will design, program, troubleshoot, and commission PLC-based automated systems for production lines and custom machinery.
Key Responsibilities:

Program PLCs, HMIs, and robots (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Fanuc).

Commission new equipment and support plant automation projects.

Troubleshoot control systems, networks, sensors, servos, and VFDs.

Develop electrical schematics and documentation.

Work with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.

Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
Qualifications:

5+ years of PLC and automation programming experience.

Strong proficiency with Allen-Bradley and Siemens platforms.

Experience commissioning automated manufacturing equipment.

Knowledge of robotics integration (Fanuc preferred).

Strong analytical, diagnostic, and communication skills.
