Position: Dealership Parts Manager

Location: Marysville, WA

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and motivated Parts Manager to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will oversee the parts department, manage inventory, and ensure a seamless and efficient parts operation to support our service and sales departments.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain parts inventory
• Order, receive, and stock parts
• Ensure all parts are properly labeled and organized
• Conduct regular inventory audits
• Develop and implement strategies to increase parts sales
• Work closely with service and sales departments to fulfill parts requests
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding parts
• Train and supervise parts department staff
• Maintain a clean and organized parts department
• Keep up-to-date with new parts and accessories

Qualifications:

• Understand dealership operations as Parts Manager with OEM experience
• Proven experience as a Parts Manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry. Dealership experience is a plus!
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Proficient in using inventory management software
• Good communication and customer service skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus
