\nManage and process Change Proposals, Change Orders, and Owner Payment Applications.
\nTrack job costs, prepare quantity and labor cost reports, and assist with quarterly profit analyses.
\nOversee the project closeout process, ensuring documentation and deliverables are complete.
\nResearch and propose quality control solutions and verify compliance with drawings, codes, and specifications.
\nSupport project leadership and field operations as needed.
\nQualifications:
\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
\n10+ years of experience in the construction industry.
\nBackground in electrical contracting or transportation/mass transit projects preferred.
\nExperience in traffic or street lighting projects is a plus.
\nStrong understanding of contracting fundamentals, cost control, and project scheduling.
\nExcellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
\nBusiness-minded approach with a focus on results and team performance.

\nSalary range: $150,000 – $180,000, based on experience.
