Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) – Direct Hire | Hornell, NY

Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver engaging, effective speech, language, and swallowing therapy
Coordinate audiometric screenings and referrals as needed
Collaborate with care teams and families to maximize outcomes
Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and Medicare documentation
Attend care planning and interdisciplinary meetings
Provide in-service education for staff and contribute to program improvement
Uphold safety standards and deliver care with dignity and kindness
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (MA or MS)
Active NYS SLP license and ASHA CCC certification
Strong communication skills and professional maturity
Team-oriented mindset and commitment to clinical excellence
