We are seeking a Product Line Lead (PLL) to define and execute the technical and strategic direction for a portfolio of Electronic Warfare (EW) radar systems. This role bridges technology development, product strategy, and cross-functional execution to deliver advanced capabilities that support next-generation EW missions.
\nYou will own the entire product lifecycle — from concept development through end-of-life — while working in close collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, business development, and supply chain teams.
\n\nDefine and maintain a forward-looking product roadmap that aligns with mission requirements, customer needs, and evolving EW threats.
\nTranslate market and technical inputs into actionable product development priorities and investments.
\nLead multi-disciplinary teams through product development, production transition, and sustainment phases.
\nDrive cost, schedule, and performance objectives with autonomy and accountability delegated by the Market Segment Lead.
\nPartner with business development to shape pursuit strategies and win new opportunities.
\nLead or support proposal and RFI efforts — ensuring strong technical approaches, clear product positioning, and alignment with customer expectations.
\nCoordinate efforts across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and program management to ensure alignment and timely execution.
\nMonitor performance metrics, manage technical risk, and ensure readiness for production and delivery.
\nInterface directly with customers on technical and programmatic topics.
\nCollaborate closely with program managers (who maintain contractual oversight) to focus your efforts on product execution, innovation, and long-term portfolio strategy.
\nStay current with emerging EW and RF technologies and integrate relevant innovations into design and production processes.
\nU.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred)
\n10+ years of relevant experience in defense, aerospace, or high-tech industries
\nProven record leading multi-disciplinary technical teams
\nDeep understanding of RF systems including amplifiers, attenuators, phase shifters, and mixers
\nExperience with RF signal budget analysis (gain, noise figure, power metrics)
\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills for hardware and system-level performance
\nProficiency in a technical programming language (Python preferred)
\nHands-on experience with RF test equipment (network analyzers, spectrum analyzers)
\nExperience with PCB layout and assembly (Altium Designer preferred)
\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills — able to convey complex technical topics clearly to customers and leadership
\nKnowledge of industry trends and emerging RF/EW technologies
\nExperience with RF front-end and antenna design/testing
\nFamiliarity with electromagnetic simulation tools (HFSS, FEKO, CST, Microwave Office)
\nProven work with phased array antenna systems — design, integration, or operation
\nUnderstanding of electronic attack and protection techniques
\nAdvanced degree in engineering or related technical discipline
\nFull-time: 40 hours/week; typical schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (flexibility based on workload)
