Job Description

• Represent clients in various personal injury matters: auto accidents, slip & fall, motorcycle, wrongful death, medical malpractice, premises liability, and insurance disputes.
• Negotiate with insurance companies, prepare demand packages, and settle disputes.
• Prepare and file civil lawsuits on behalf of clients, and litigate cases as necessary.
• Maintain organized client files with up-to-date case information.
• Assist with generating new business and marketing efforts for the personal injury practice.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Bar License.
• 2-7 years of experience as a practicing attorney, with a focus on personal injury cases.
• Strong litigation experience and ability to manage personal injury cases from intake through trial.
• Experience negotiating bodily injury claims and working with insurance companies.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage client files and case deadlines.
