The Executive Chef will oversee kitchen operations at two connected venues just blocks apart.

Job DescriptionOur client is seeking an Executive Chef to lead two distinct, high-concept kitchens. This is an opportunity to have creative freedom, shape culinary direction, and work in a fast-paced, energetic setting.

  • Oversee kitchen operations across two venues with shared resources
  • Lead and mentor two teams working behind a unified line
  • Bring culinary creativity while managing menu execution and cost control
  • Collaborate on menu development with autonomy and strategic input
  • Ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency during high-volume service
  • Manage kitchen budgets, labor, food cost, and operational processes
  • Uphold cleanliness and compliance standards across both kitchens
  • Work flexible hours depending on service needs, five days per week

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Executive Chef experience or strong Sous Chef experience from Michelin-starred or notable kitchens
  • Proven leadership ability managing kitchen teams and operations
  • Experience with food cost control, labor budgets, and kitchen financials
  • Strong creative vision and the ability to innovate within brand guidelines
  • Hands-on and adaptable in a high-energy, collaborative kitchen environment
