Our client is a thriving Chicago trial law firm specializing in personal injury and workers' compensation law. They are currently seeking a Litigation Paralegal with 2+ years of personal injury experience.

Responsibilities:
- This is a full-on in-suit personal injury litigation paralegal role
Qualifications:
- Experience answering discovery
- Experience drafting discovery
- Experience drafting complaints
- Experience reviewing and understanding medical records and bills
- Experience drafting settlement demands
- Intake
- Litigation experience
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred, but NOT required
