Job Description:

  • Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.​
  • Interpret and analyze construction plans and specifications.​
  • Develop and issue Requests for Information (RFIs) as necessary.​
  • Evaluate subcontractor bids and prepare detailed scope outlines.​
  • Coordinate site visits and meetings with supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and consultants.​salary.com
  • Maintain clear and professional communication through emails and reports.​

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in residential or commercial construction, preferably in the Santa Barbara area.​
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other relevant software.​
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.​
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.​
  • Ability to work on-site daily and engage in hands-on project management.​
