Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Finance & Administrative Coordinator to manage and streamline our accounts payable processes while supporting general accounting and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be dependable, analytical, and comfortable handling high-volume invoice processing in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong communication skills, accuracy, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with internal teams and vendors.
 
Responsibilities For Finance & Administrative Coordinator:
  • Process high-volume invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Verify purchase orders, receipts, and vendor statements for accuracy

  • Reconcile vendor accounts and research discrepancies

  • Maintain AP aging reports and assist with month-end close

  • Prepare weekly check runs, ACH payments, and expense reimbursements

  • Communicate with vendors regarding payments, credits, and billing issues

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and internal accounting controls

  • Assist with accounts receivable when needed (payment posting, follow-up)

  • Support general ledger entries and account reconciliations

  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems for all financial documentation

  • Assist with financial reporting and audit preparation

  • Provide administrative support such as data entry, document formatting, and correspondence

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with professionalism

 
Qualifications For Finance & Administrative Coordinator:
  • 2–4 years of accounts payable or accounting experience

  • Strong understanding of invoice flow, purchase orders, and AP best practices

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, etc.)

  • High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail

  • Strong communication and customer service skills when working with vendors and internal teams

  • Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Construction or roofing experience preferred but not manditory
 
Compensation For HR and Administrative Manager:
$22.00-$25.00 (DOE)
