Sales Rep - Flooring & Cabinetry

Up to $80K Base + Commission + GP Bonus

Year 1 OTE ~$100K | Year 3+ OTE ~$250K+

Mileage Reimbursement + Cell Stipend

Our Sales Rep will have experience selling building materials (flooring, cabinetry, tile, etc) into property managers, general contractors and real estate developers in the multi-family space.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new business with multi-family property managers and owners, as well as general contractors and real estate developers.
Prepare and present flooring proposals for turns, renovations, capital improvement, and new construction bids.
Perform on-site visits to assess job conditions and gather accurate measurements and material take-offs.
Interpret floor plans and bid documents to develop accurate project scopes.
Collaborate with estimators, installers, and internal teams to ensure project success from sale through completion.
Stay up-to-date on market trends, product innovations, and competitor offerings.
