Swiss CNC Machinist – Precision, Growth & Innovation in a High-Tech Shop

Location: Niles, MI

Pay: Up to $32/hr + benefits

Shifts: 1st and 2nd Shift available

2nd Shift Bonus: Additional $45/day

Known for their commitment to quality, technology, and people, they’re adding skilled Swiss CNC Machinists to their team to support increasing demand in the aerospace and defense sectors.

In this role, you will:

• Set up and operate swiss-style lathes

• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

• Use measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) to ensure precision

• Apply your knowledge of GD&T to maintain high quality standards

• Collaborate with a team focused on continuous improvement and craftsmanship
