Human Resources Rep

Are you a detail-oriented HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-first environment? We’re hiring a Human Resources Rep to join our team and support key HR functions including payroll, benefits, compliance.

This role is perfect for someone with 3+ years of HR experience who’s ready to make an impact across the organization.

What You’ll Do

·       Coordinate payroll and benefit programs (they parner with Kronos)

·       Onboard new employees and maintain accurate HR records

·       Handle employee relations and assist with conflict resolution

·       Support initiatives like open enrollment, wellness, and employee events

·       Maintain OSHA logs and support workers’ comp reporting

What We’re Looking For

·       3+ years of HR experience

·       Working knowledge of payroll, benefits, and employment law

·       Strong communication and organizational skills

·       Experience with Kronos is a big plus!
