They’re seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Office Manager who thrives in a role where no two days are exactly the same. This person will handle a mix of administrative and bookkeeping duties while serving as the go-to team player who helps keep everything running smoothly.
Provide general administrative support including scheduling, document management, and client communication
Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and expense tracking
Maintain organized records, purchase orders, and vendor files
Support the team with project coordination, supply orders, and day-to-day office needs
Jump in wherever needed to ensure the office and operations stay on track
Previous experience in administrative or bookkeeping roles (QuickBooks or similar preferred)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
A self-starter who enjoys taking initiative and supporting others
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
