This is a unique opportunity to work with industry leaders on a broad range of international trade matters, including customs, trade remedies, export controls, and national security regulatory issues.

Senior Litigation Associate Attorney Responsibilities:

• Advocate for clients in antidumping, countervailing, and safeguard processes.
• Provide guidance on customs adherence and regulatory compliance.
• Offer insights on export rules, including EAR, ITAR, and OFAC-related topics.
• Support clients with national security mandates, including CFIUS filings and assessments.
• Work collaboratively with an adept team to deliver all-encompassing trade services.
• Foster and sustain client relationships, aiding practice growth.

Senior Litigation Associate Attorney Requirements:

• JD from a top 50 law school with a strong academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Washington, DC.
• 5+ years' experience in trade remedies and/or customs matters.
• Strong communication, analytical, and writing capabilities, with adeptness in engaging with clients and team members.
• Skilled in areas such as antidumping, countervailing, and safeguard processes, plus customs compliance and enforcement.
• Knowledge in export regulations (EAR, ITAR), sanctions by OFAC, and CFIUS dealings is preferred.
