Opportunity Overview

A mission-driven Healthcare / Health Services organization focused on providing life-extending, holistic care to vulnerable seniors through an innovative model is seeking a dedicated and relationship-focused Healthcare Sales Specialist.

This role is a critical part of the Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment (MOE) team, serving as the primary driver of enrollment success. The specialist acts as both a community representative and a guide, building trust-based relationships to connect seniors and caregivers with life-changing Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) services, allowing participants to live safely in their homes.

What Makes This Role Different?

  • Mission-Driven Work: The focus is on connecting vulnerable seniors with necessary, life-changing care, not a high-pressure, transactional "hard sell."

  • Relationship Focus: You will build genuine, ongoing relationships with seniors, caregivers, and community partners rather than chasing one-off sales.

  • Community-First Approach: Success is driven by proactive, face-to-face outreach and engagement with local organizations, events, and community leaders, minimizing reliance on cold-calling.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

The specialist will coordinate and initiate field-based outreach and engagement activities to drive qualified leads and participant enrollment:

  • Identify opportunities to collaborate with community organizations to generate qualified leads and potential enrollments.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key community partners and leaders, including senior centers, assisted living facilities, food banks, churches, and other community-based groups.

  • Develop and implement monthly marketing plans in collaboration with the MOE Director to consistently achieve enrollment metric goals.

  • Serve as an educational resource, providing clear and comprehensive information regarding the program’s holistic care model to community referral sources.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Health Coverage: Full medical, dental, and vision insurance.

  • Time Off: Generous work/life balance including 17 days of Personal Time Off (PTO), 12 observed holidays, and 6 sick days annually.

  • Retirement: 401K savings with a company match.
