Nice opportunity for an ASCP Certified Medical Technologist with Management experience, to work for a medical lab device manufacturer and utilize their lab knowledge as the Hotline Manager. WIll be responsible for all aspects of the Hotline Support activity. Lead the hotline team to maintain full complinace with the comapny's policies & procedures.
****POSITION IS BASED IN THE EAST HANOVER, NJ AREA - NO RELOCATION.

Do you have a BS Medical Technology or a related discipline?
Do you have 5 yrs of current or recent Medical Technologist experience?
Are you ASCP Certified?
Do you have 5 years of management experience?
Qualifications:
Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related field, a minimum of 5 years lab experience, and a minimum of 5 years of management experience..
ASCP Certification is required.
Should have knowledge of Database software; Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.

Responsibilities:
Will be involved with direct problem solving covering reagents, kits, procedures, adaptations, and software upgrades.
Monitors customer call and field intervention activity; and escalates all ongoing technical issues per operating procedures.
Drives customer satisfaction by creating a departmental culture of professionalism and teamwork, coupled with effective and timely issue resolution.
Creates and monitors Hotline metrics and data to proactively identify/resolve issues in order to drive continuous improvement.
Coordinates comprehensive and sustained training for Hotline staff.
Proactively monitors Hotline activity to ensure individual as well as departmental compliance to all applicable company policies and procedures.
Responds to and resolves customer inquiries/issues regardless of complexity.
Creates long-term strategies for growth and maintenance of Hotline department, and makes budgetary recommendations to upper management.
Benefits:
Base salary $95K - $120K depending on experience (Annual Bonus could add an additional $3K - $5K, possibly more)
