You are a dynamic, dedicated and experienced Sr. Sales Manager (Americas) seeking new challenges, new team to lead and new quotas to eclipse.
Ideally you have experience with sales/designs of force measurement system within the OEM automotive and OEM trucking manufacturers
Requirements• Responsible for developing and leading the sales team to successfully deliver annual sales and gross profit targets• Develop and monitor accurate sales forecasts and budgets• Develop, implement and oversee annual sales plans to meet annual revenue targets• Directly manage key customer accounts, international accounts and custom accounts• Drive business development• Local to our Auburn area, WA facility
Education/Experience:• Bachelor's degree in related disciplines; MBA a plus• 10+ years of experience in sales at a senior level• OEM automotive manufacturer experience or direct links selling to this group (preferred)• Strong leadership• Strong written and verbal communication skills Benefits• Company sponsored benefits that include medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D insurance, disability and flexible spending account (FSA)• Voluntary Critical Illness & Accidental Injury Insurance• Company 401(k) Plan with 4% employer match (Employee/Employer Contributions 100% vested upon hire)• Salary range $120,000 - $160,000 plus bonus eligible (40%)• Paid vacation and holidays
