This isn’t a traditional engineering role — it’s achance to solve real-world problems while developing professionally and financially.Must-Have Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, orrelated field • MT-2 experience • 5+ years of hydraulic and hydrologic (H&H) engineering experience • Proficiency in HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, ICPR, Civil 3D, GIS • Experience with FEMA LOMR/MT-2 floodplain mapping and stormwater managementdesign • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively • Project management experience and a desire to mentor junior engineers • PE license preferredKey Responsibilities: • Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic modeling for stormwater, riverine, and floodplainsystems • Perform flood risk assessments, drainage studies, and mitigation planning • Design and evaluate stormwater systems, culverts, and detention basins • Lead FEMA (C)LOMR/MT-2 regulatory submissions and documentation • Collaborate across disciplines, with clients and agencies, ensuring regulatorycompliance • Support permitting efforts for water resource and floodplain projects
