  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

  • Assist with full-cycle recruiting including posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers.

  • Support the onboarding process for new hires and offboarding for departing employees.

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.

  • Help administer company benefits programs (enrollment, changes, questions).

  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives such as recognition programs, surveys, and events.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies through documentation, audits, and training reminders.

  • Support performance management processes by coordinating review schedules and tracking completions.

  • Assist with the development and updating of HR policies, employee handbook, and standard operating procedures.

  • Help organize HR reports and analytics (turnover, headcount, etc.) for leadership review.

  • Other duties as assigned to support the HR and Operations teams.
