On-site at a Brooklyn, NY office — ideal for attorneys who thrive in a collaborative, energizing in-person environment.

Job Description

  • Manage all aspects of personal injury litigation, including Labor Law, motor vehicle accidents, and slip-and-fall cases.
  • Evaluate case merits, analyze liability, and determine case value and coverage.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents.
  • Represent clients in court, depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and negotiations.
  • Provide clear guidance and communication to clients throughout the litigation process.
  • Review case facts, oversee medical records, and ensure timely action on all assigned cases.
  • Negotiate settlements at all stages of litigation.
  • Conduct legal research and provide comprehensive legal analysis.
  • Manage deadlines, court appearances, and administrative tasks related to the practice.

Qualifications

  • At least five years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience.
  • Licensed and in good standing with the New York State Bar.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and client-relationship skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and take full ownership of cases.
  • Strong research, analytical thinking, and legal writing abilities.
