Our medical division is launching an intelligent cranial robotic navigation system designed to help neurosurgeons achieve exceptional precision and improve outcomes in tumor resections, biopsies, SEEG, DBS, and functional neurosurgery.

Position Overview
The Global Marketing Director will lead commercial strategy, product positioning, and market acceleration for the Robotic platform. This role is responsible for shaping their market story, drive surgeon adoption, build KOL alignment, and lead global launch excellence. This is a strategic and hands-on build role.

- Define market activation by region and clinical segment
- Align commercial strategy with executive leadership

- Brand + Demand Creation
- Position the company as a top global brand in surgical robotics
- Lead omnichannel growth strategy—events, digital, PR, clinical content
- Drive market gravity and surgeon awareness
- Product Marketing & Positioning
- Own clinical messaging and competitive strategy
- Develop differentiation vs. competitors
- Translate product innovation into clinical and economic value
- Launch Excellence
- Architect global product launch framework
- Build sales enablement platform + surgeon-facing messaging
- Lead VOC insights to influence product roadmap
- KOL + Market Development
- Build a global neurosurgeon advisory network
- Drive clinical validation, thought leadership, and industry presence
- Lead strategic engagement at CNS, AANS, ASSFN, NANS, etc.
Requirements and Skills
- 5+ years MedTech marketing experience
- 5+ years in capital equipment / robotics / neurosurgery / enabling technologies
- Proven product launch + commercialization success
- Strong surgeon engagement + KOL network expertise
- Leadership experience in high-growth or early-stage commercial expansion
