Job Title: Regional Sales Manager – Medical Device (Southwest Territory)
Location: Southwest U.S. (TX, OK, LA, NM, CO, AZ)Compensation: $130K Base + $100K Variable ($230K at plan, uncapped) + Full Benefits + $600/mo Car Allowance + Potential Equity

Position Summary:We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow a high-performing sales team across the Southwest U.S. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing both direct and distributor reps (approx. 15), and expanding our market presence with cutting-edge orthopedic and spine care technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Build strong relationships with spine surgeons and their staff to drive adoption of our advanced therapeutic solution.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, training, and support for clinical partners and patients.
Monitor and report on regional performance, pipeline development, and sales forecasts.
Drive territory strategy, market penetration, and rep productivity.
Support reps during key surgeon meetings and procedures when needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
5+ years of medical sales leadership experience, ideally in orthopedics, spine, or related fields.
Proven track record of building and managing successful sales teams.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence clinical stakeholders.
Comfortable with travel across the Southwest region.
