We are seeking a highly driven Area Vice President / Area Sales Director to lead sales growth in the Florida . This is a critical leadership position responsible for expanding regional presence, building and managing strategic relationships, and driving top-tier enterprise sales efforts. You will report directly to the VP of Sales and play a key role in evangelizing a category-defining solution in surgical innovation.
Build and execute regional sales strategy targeting health systems and hospitals across the Southeast.
Engage with C-suite decision-makers (CEO, CFO, COO, CMIO, CNO) and hospital administrators.
Manage high-level consultative sales cycles from discovery through close.
Develop long-term partnerships by understanding complex hospital needs and aligning them with the platform’s value proposition.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, implementation, and customer success teams.
Represent the company at industry events and during on-site client presentations.
Consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas and growth targets.
7+ years of experience in enterprise sales with a strong record of success.
Proven ability to sell to hospital C-suites and administrative executives.
Demonstrated experience in consultative/conceptual selling, ideally in disruptive medtech or SaaS environments.
Strong understanding of hospital operations, surgical workflows, and perioperative environments preferred.
Background in AI-powered, SaaS, or digital health technologies is a major plus.
Ability to build strong relationships, influence key stakeholders, and close complex deals.
Willingness to travel across the Southeast U.S. as needed.
Location: Florida Travel Required: YesCompensation:
Base Salary: $200,000
Variable Compensation: $150,000 (Total OTE: $350,000 at plan)
Guarantee: 6-month compensation guarantee
