TITLE: REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

Bachelor’s degree – four-year degree from accredited reputable institution    

Start-up company experience selling game changing technology    

A minimum of 5 years of experience with sales management   

High level of technical/clinical product knowledge    

Ability to manage multiple tasks    

Strong organizational and communication skills    

Must have proven track record of participation leading/teaching at organizational meetings.

Territory:  PNW

 

COMPENSATION:    

Base:140K VARIABLE COMP 160K total comp-300K at plan uncapped, car allowance, Full expenses, 401K, medical/dental, etc., RSU’s at sign on   

  

INTERVIEW PROCESS:     

1.       Interview with Hiring Director 

2.       Interview with other sales managers 

3.       Face to Face interview with Director and potentially VP of Sales 

4.    Final interview with CCO
