Responsibilities

• Lead and manage tax engagements, ensuring accurate, complete, and timely preparation of client deliverables.
• Advise clients on complex tax matters, providing strategic guidance to optimize tax outcomes.
• Supervise and mentor tax staff, fostering their development and ensuring adherence to professional standards.
• Manage client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Conduct technical tax reviews and oversee compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Represent clients during audits and examinations, effectively communicating with taxing authorities.
• Participate in the firm’s practice development efforts through networking, referrals, and community involvement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of public accounting experience with increasing tax complexity and responsibility.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience supervising tax professionals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Master’s degree in Taxation preferred.
• A current and valid CPA license is mandatory.
• Strong technical knowledge of tax laws, compliance, and planning.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.

Compensation and Benefits
